About the Role
Construction Laborer is responsible for maintaining hand tools, organizing the job trailer, cleanup, and storage, operate various machines and power tools, frequently load and unload heavy materials, follow directions from supervisors and other skilled trades, clean and organize the project site with attention to quality and safety.

Requirements
Construction Laborer Responsibilities:
Operate and care for construction equipment and machines.
Help equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled labor when necessary.
Keep construction sites clean and organized.
Load or unload construction materials.
Put together and take apart temporary structures.
Remove, fill, or compact earth.
Follow instructions from supervisors.
Assist craft workers and skilled laborers.
Be ready to learn from on-the-job training.
Perform site clean-up.
Safety and Quality are everyone’s responsibility.
Construction Laborer Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
Ability to work in all weather.
Workers must be punctual and dependable.
Experience not required.
The ability to use tape measure with excellent math skills are a plus, for advancement.
