Progress update on the 2024 Colville Custom Home. Our dedicated crews have been hard at work, making significant strides in several areas:

· Window and Door Installation: Since my last site visit, all windows and doors have been successfully installed enhancing the home’s structure and security.

· Siding, Caulking, and Painting: Our crew continued with siding installation, followed by meticulous caulking and painting to ensure a polished exterior.

· Soffit Backing and HVAC Framing: Soffit backing and framing for HVAC ductwork are now in place, paving the way for efficient ventilation.

· Wood Door Staining: We stained the beautiful wood doors.

Currently, we are waiting on engineering and approvals, expected by August 15th–20th. Meanwhile, the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) teams are expected to complete their rough-in work by the end of July. Once MEPs are roughed in and inspections passed, insulation will proceed, followed by drywall installation after the cover inspection approval.

Commitment to Jobsite Cleanliness and Sequencing

At Wethered Construction, we prioritize maintaining a clean and organized jobsite. We meticulously manage all subcontractors, including those not under our direct contract, to ensure their work aligns with our high standards. This includes proper housekeeping and adherence to our strict housekeeping policy inside and around any build. Whether it’s in the framing or finishing stages, no food trash, disorganized materials waste, or cigarette butts laying around anywhere on our jobsites are tolerated.

Our commitment to these standards is unwavering, regardless of the homeowner, to ensure that every project site is respectful and safe. We believe that a clean jobsite is critical to maintaining the integrity and quality of the construction process, and we hold all involved parties accountable to this standard.

These advancements bring us closer to completing this custom home, ensuring every detail meets our high standards of quality.
